Two Markets to Go!
This weekend calls for jeans, flannels, and a farmers’ market stroll! There will be 4 farms and 14 vendors to explore. Despite the calendar now turned to October, our farms are still offering a hearty harvest. You’ll find most of your summer favorites fixed with some delicious fall finds. These offerings will not last too much longer, however...it’s our second to last market of the season!
Saturday, October 3rd
Sun and clouds. Crisp and dry.
Live Music: Hutch and Friends.
Food Truck: Lobster Tails.
Clover Nook Farm – Several types of squash, spinach, mushrooms, apples, apple cider, etc.
River Crest Farm – A variety of peppers, onions, garlic, eggplant, tomatoes, etc.
Vaiuso’s Farm – 5 types of lettuce, cucumbers, celery, carrots, beets, corn, pumpkins, etc.
Ekonk Hill Turkey Farm – CT-raised beef, pork, turkey, chicken, and eggs.
Bayview Kitchen – Homemade pastas and sauces.
Dash n’ Drizzle – Oils, vinegars, and spices.
Oronoque Farms Bakery – Cider donuts, apple loafs, pumpkin loafs, and a variety of pies.
Wild Women Coffee – Several brews, hot coco, and beans for your kitchen.
